Parking

There is ample parking on 7th Street, Spring Street, and in the parking lot across the street from the theatre. Parking on the street downtown is free after 6 p.m. Mon-Fri and all day on Sat-Sun. The parking lot is always free to park in.

Accessibility

The Studio Theatre believes that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy the magic of live theatre. We are committed to providing an accessible and welcoming theatre-going experience for all our guests.

Wheelchair Access

Our venue is wheelchair-friendly with ramps and accessible entrances for easy access to all areas, including the auditorium and restrooms. Our auditorium is equipped with modular seating, meaning that patrons who use wheelchairs can enjoy the production from their chair or easily transfer to one of our auditorium seats. Our staff is happy to assist you in selecting the best seats to suit your needs.

ASL Interpretation

We have offered ASL (American Sign Language) interpreted performances of our productions in the past, but not every performance features ASL interpretation. To ensure that our Deaf and hard-of-hearing patrons who use ASL can fully enjoy our productions, we are pleased to offer ASL interpretation upon request. If you require interpretation for a specific performance, please let us know in advance. We will do our utmost to arrange for a qualified ASL interpreter to be present and specially lighted, ensuring a professional and enjoyable experience.

Booking Accessible Seating

How do I get tickets? Do I need to print them?2023-09-03T10:33:47-05:00

All tickets for events, shows, and classes at The Studio Theatre are sold through Square, which can only be accessed through this website (www.studiotheatrelr.com). We do not sell tickets through Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, Central Arkansas Tickets, Seat Geek, or any other platform or service.

We do not issue paper tickets. Simply arrive at the theatre for a digital check-in using the name under which the tickets were purchased.

What are your COVID-19 Policies and Procedures?2023-09-03T10:33:11-05:00

The safety of our patrons, artists, and volunteers is our top priority. Currently, our COVID-19 policy does not include a masking requirement or proof of vaccination. We are staying up to date with local health guidelines and recommendations from the CDC. Our policy may change at any time to reflect and enforce these guidelines in order to protect all who visit The Studio Theatre.

What is the Ticket Refund/Exchange policy?2023-10-11T14:22:56-05:00

Please be sure to check the date and time for your tickets when purchasing.

All sales are final and refunds will not be issued. Ticket exchanges to another performance can sometimes be accommodated. Please email info@studiotheatrelr.com a minimum of 24 hours before an event to make arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate requests for a small fee of $10.00 per ticket, but cannot guarantee all exchanges.

Unclaimed tickets/reservations will be released at the starting time of each event and may be sold to waitlisted patrons. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued after the start date/time of the event.

When should I arrive?2023-09-03T10:41:01-05:00

The Lobby Bar opens 1 hour before the start of each show. We encourage patrons to arrive at least 20-30 minutes before the show to find parking, check in, use the restroom and get a snack from concessions.

All tickets, unless specifically designated, are general admission and not assigned to a seat. Patrons select their seats when the house opens at about 15 minutes before the show starts.

What should I wear? What should I bring and what should I leave at home?2023-09-03T10:43:14-05:00

We are a “come as you are” theatre! Feel free to dress in a way that makes you feel comfortable. For the comfort and viewing experience of all patrons, we do discourage them from wearing heavy perfume/cologne, tall hats, or noisy/distracting jewelry or clothes.

You do not need to bring a physical/printed ticket. Weapons of any kind are prohibited from entering the theatre. Outside food and drink are prohibited, except for water. Photos and videos of all performances are strictly prohibited, so leave videography/photography equipment at home. See our COVID-19 policy to determine if you’ll bring a mask or proof of vaccination.
